Hosting
The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser user agent and the requested URL. Legal basis: R-53's legitimate interest in delivering a secure, working website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). R-53 does not use these data to identify visitors. Cloudflare may process data in the United States; it is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and also uses the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
If you e-mail R-53, your address and message are used to reply and, if work follows, to prepare and perform a contract. E-mail is hosted by Proton AG in Switzerland. Switzerland is recognised by the European Commission as providing adequate data protection. Messages are kept for as long as the conversation, any resulting contract and legal record-keeping obligations require. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract and legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability by writing to andre@r-53.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), https://www.aki.ee.
